A Muslim believes to be more than hundred percent truethat what prophet (saw) says or does. Prophet (saw) fed Hazrat Saad bin abi waqas with ajwa paste in case of heart problem. He never faced any heart problem again. The believe that ajwa kajoor paste is a cure for heart problem is a part of iman.
